Your remaining balance of $375.00 must be paid in full by June 1, 2019.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once you make your deposit payment of $25.00 by October 5th, you’ll have a balance of $375.00. You can make 7 monthly payments of $54.00 beginning in November 2018 and your last payment will be in May 2019.
OR
You can make your deposit payment of $25.00 by October 5th and then make a lump sum payment of $375.00 in May 2019. Yes, I know right! Pastor Joy is being extremely flexible! As long as your FULL payment is in by 5/31/19, you can still attend the retreat!
ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 1, 2019! NO EXCEPTIONS!
CANCELLATION&REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for the $25.00 deposit to reserve your spot.
• Anyone that cancels their reservation on or before 3/1/19 by 11:59 pm EST will receive 75% of their payment refunded to them.
• Anyone that cancels their reservation on or between 3/2/19 - 4/29/19 by 11:59 pm EST will receive 50% of their payment refunded to them.
• Anyone that cancels their reservation on or after 4/30/19 will NOT receive a refund. An attendee can transfer their reservation to another person if they are not able to attend.
